Seattle Seahawks defeat the Denver Broncos in the first game of the 2019 preseason

The Seahawks at home started the first half of the game with typical penalties and ended the half trailing 6-3 to the Broncos. In the second half the team looked cohesive and gained momentum onward to a convincing 22-14 victory. The defense was solid and the offense managed to work together in a fashion that might portend an exciting season. If the Seahawks can somehow get out of their own way they have the tools and coaching to make the playoffs. It was just the first game of the preseason but there are indications for fans to be optimistic.
