There is one team clearly heading for a win in their respective division. In the NL West the Dodgers are up 19 games over their second place rivals the Diamondbacks. With a record of 79-41 and 42 games left to play it would be an epic collapse for them to lose the division. They have a one game lead over the Yankees for the best record in baseball at this point. In the AL East the Yankees have a record of 78-41 and lead their second place rivals the Rays by 9 games. It will be interesting to see who goes further in the playoffs.
